I want to cancel my order
Yes, you can cancel your order—just make sure it hasn’t been fulfilled yet. Once it’s been fulfilled and you’ve received your shipping confirmation, we’re unable to cancel it.
I wanted to check if my order went through, as I haven’t received a confirmation email yet.
Check your spam or junk folder—sometimes confirmation emails end up there or take a bit to arrive. If you saw a page with an order number (starting with #CC), your order went through! Keep that number handy for reference.
Refund Policy: Online Purchases
Not totally happy with your order? No problem! You can return it within 14 days of receiving it for store credit. Just make sure the items are in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If something’s wrong with your order or it’s not as described, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we may repair or replace the item first. We’ll take care of the return shipping costs for any faulty or incorrect items.
Customs & Duty Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package reaches its destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, as we do not cover or reimburse customs-related costs.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount, as they vary by country.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
